How To Order

Hi, this is Jacky — welcome to Swiss Crown. Here is the whole process from order to shipping.

    Select

    Choose the models you like in the catalog and note down their reference. Send us the link of the watch you want directly on Signal to place your order.

  2. 2

    Payment

    After ordering, contact us on Signal (@SwissCrown.01) to arrange the payment.

    We accept most cryptocurrencies.

    Prefer to pay after QC? A US$50 deposit holds your watch.

  3. 3

    Quality Control (QC)

    We normally send QC pictures and video within a week. Some models take a little longer — we'll let you know before you order.

  4. 4

    Shipping

    Once you approve the QC and settle the final payment, we ship. We mainly ship with FedEx — it's fast and safe. If your address doesn't support FedEx, we switch to another carrier instead (Aramex, DHL or EMS).

  5. 5

    Tracking

    Most tracking info takes 3–7 days to appear. If there's still no update after 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it up with the express company.

    You can track on 17track.net — enter the tracking number and select the corresponding carrier. Most numbers are printed under the barcode.
